Mini Red Velvet Cupcakes

I made miniture red velvet cupcakes for one of my son's preschool Valentine party.


The icing is buttercream and the hearts are royal icing.

Perfect size for preschoolers!

Backhoe Cake

This is a cake I made for my cousins son's 5th birthday. The base is chocolate fudge cake covered in buttercream frosting and fondant. The base of the backhoe is Lemon Almond Awesome Cake covered in buttercream frosting and fondant, while the wheels, back "arm", and pile of dirt are Rice Krispie treats covered in fondant. Finally, the construction man and scoops are made of gumpaste.

Christmas Cupcakes

These are some Christmas cupcakes I made for my brother. The cupcakes are chocolate fudge and are topped with buttercream frosting, sprinkles, and a fondant tree.

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

These are pumpkin spice cupcakes that I made for my company potluck. The cupcakes are topped with buttercream frosting and fondant leaves.

Kitty Cat Cake

This is a cake I did for some friends daughter's seventh birthday. The top tier is chocolate cake and the bottom tier is Lemon Almond Awesome Cake. Both are covered in buttercream frosting. The cats, "blanket", and stars are made of gumpaste while the paw prints and yarn are made with royal icing. Ribbon is around both tiers.

Joint Christening Cake

This is a cake I made for my niece and son's joint Christening. The bottom tier was Lemon Almond Awesome Cake and the top tier was spice cake. Both were covered in buttercream frosting. The leaves are fondant and the Lambs and Cross were made with gumpaste.

Colts Cake

This is a cake I made for a friend's birthday. She LOVES the Colts and Peyton Manning, so it only seemed fitting to make her a Colts decorated cake with Peyton's number. The cake is the Lemon Almond Awesome Cake (pound cake) covered in buttercream and then in fondant. The football player was carved.
