My friend Roopa recently celebrated a birthday. Not only did I actually wear a skirt to work (
first time in 6.5yrs!), but I also baked her a cake! It's a double 9" layer spice cake with buttercream frosting. The cake was covered in a deep red fondant. The roses are yellow fondant and the rest of the decorations were piped buttercream.
